These terms govern the NyTex Fireworks (Nytex JJS, LLC) staff text-message program. By providing your mobile number on the NyTex staff portal, you agree to receive the texts described below.

Program description

NyTex sends operational text notifications to people who apply for and work seasonal jobs with us — for example, application-approval confirmations, onboarding reminders, and weekly work-schedule updates. This is not a marketing program.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on the NyTex staff portal job-application form at staff-portal.nytexfireworks.com/register, where a notice tells you that providing your number signs you up for these texts.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application status and your work schedule.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. NyTex does not charge for these messages.

Opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending texts. You may still receive employment communications by other means.

Help — reply HELP

Reply HELP for help, or contact us through nytexfireworks.com or your NyTex manager.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
